Dear RMS Member,

As you know, RMS is conducting elections for various posts. 

A new website . has been created for this purpose..

Please check the announcements on that page to learn about procedures and profiles of candidates.

Apart from postal mail with ballot papers along with instructions which will be reaching you, you will also be receiving emails from the email regarding elections.

Those who have not provided their email addresses are requested to communicate immediately their email addresses to 

The deadline is March 15 for receiving votes.

For people who have mailing addresses outside India, the Returning Officer will not be sending paper ballots. The members sending emails from abroad as well as those in India who have not received the ballot papers by post by 5th March may kindly contact the above email address. They will be emailed a file and requested to fill it up by hand, scan it and send it. 

Members outside India can email this scanned paper to 

Members within India who have not received the ballot paper by 5th and hence receive the file by email after that, can fill by hand and send it by post to reach the Returning Officer by March 15th.

Please do NOT sign or mention your membership number anywhere on the ballot paper.

    Dear RMS Member, 

            We are in the process of communicating the procedure for elections while awaiting as many members as possible to update their details. The procedure will not only be communicated to all members individually but also the details will be made available on the webpage prominently as soon as possible. Please bear with us.
