How to reach your place of accommodation on arrival in Bangalore?

If you are coming from outside India, please send an email to Hi-Tours at Bangalore (bangalore@hi-tours.com) with a copy marked to IMI (imi@math.iisc.ernet.in) intimating your arrival schedule. They will send vehicle to pick you up at the airport.  They will be holding a placard/banner.  It is better that you engage Hi-Tours, since they know the places of accommodation very well.  If, by any chance you miss them, you can engage a prepaid taxi at the airport (Request for either IISc/ Tata Institute or the hotel in which you have been provided with accomodation).

Hi-Tours can also arrange for your local trips.  They will have a counter at the conference venue.

If you are coming from within India, please inform IMI by email (imi@math.iisc.ernet.in).  IMI will arrange to send a pick up vehicle for you.
