RMS Lecture Notes Series

Lecture Notes Series in Mathematics (LNSM) is published by the Ramanujan Mathematical Society (RMS). The type of material considered for publication in LNSM includes:

(1) High-level research monographs covering a broad spectrum of topics.
(2) Proceedings of Conferences.
(3) "Collected Works" and "Selected Works" of eminent mathematicians
(4) Current research oriented summer schools and intensive courses.

Note:
  1. Every member of the society is eligible to view (only) the latest electronic copy of LNS, who had selected to get a copy of Lecture Notes at the time of applying for  membership. Please indicate your preference online by filling the form HERE. This is a one time opportunity. All subscribers of the Lecture Notes Series also get access to the Collected Works Series.
  2. After filling the preference form in the above step, please fill in the volume subscription form for Lecture Notes Series HERE.
  3. RMS Lifetime members are requested to keep their email up-to-date with RMS. All subscriptions will be activated on the registered email only.
  4. After activation of subscription you can access the latest volume through the electronic subscription system from HERE.

Editorial Policy

While the monograph manuscripts should be primarily based on the author's own research contributions to the subject, they should also present the related work by other people making them self-contained. All manuscripts should include:
(a) a table of contents;
(b) an introduction with historical background and motivation;
(c) author's own contributions with sufficient examples and applications;
(d) some directions for future work;
(e) a subject index;
(f) an extensive up-to-date list of references.

Initially, the authors must submit a soft copy (in pdf format) by e-mail as well as a hard copy by post to the Editor-in-Chief (aka@pu.ac.in) Centre for Advanced Study in Mathematics, Panjab University, Chandigarh-160014, India. All the manuscripts will be peer-reviewed, if accepted, the authors will be asked to submit a source (latex) file. Final manuscripts should be in the range of 100 - 150 pages of mathematical text.

For the Proceedings of conferences, the organizers must submit a complete list of all the authors along with the title and abstract of their talk.

 The decision of the Editorial Board regarding the suitability of a monograph/Proceedings of a conference for publication in this series will be final.
